• Nonresident insurance producer’s biennial license: $100.00
• Insurance producer’s biennial license for sale or solicitation of variable insurance products: $60.00

36 O.S. § 1435.29 – Continuing Education

A.1. Each insurance producer, except for title producers, aircraft title producers, or any other producer exempt by rule, must complete a minimum of twenty-one (21) clock hours of continuing insurance education biennially. This education may include a written or oral examination.

1. Licensees, except for title producers, aircraft title producers, or any other producer exempt by rule, must also complete three (3) clock hours of ethics coursework within the same period.
