Blue Family Discount – (Med Supp Only) 12%

• Effective date on or after 1/1/2020, meet the criteria for household discount & Continue w/ blue discount.

Household Discount– (Med Supp Only) 10%

• Live w/spouse, or a civil union/domestic partner, or have resided with as many as 3 adults aged 60 or older for the last 12 months. Med supp effective date must be 1/1/2020 or later.

Continue with Blue – (Med Supp Only) 7%

• Enrolled in a BCBS commercial group or individual health insurance plan and that coverage was within one year of their BCBSNM Medicare Supplement policy becoming effective. Applicant’s prior plan coverage can be from any BCBS plan.
